John Tallman Retires from Project

John Tallman, retired Senior System Legal Counsel for the University of Wisconsin System, has retired from the "Reforging the Links" project. Mr. Tallman contributed to the project expertise regarding three key areas: faculty and staff human resources issues such as hiring, promotion, tenure, terms and conditions of employment; intellectual property issues; and contract matters. We thank him for his participation, and wish him well as he explores new ventures in the retirement world.
