Partners

Each of the three participating lead institutions is represented by their public television station manager and their continuing/distance education coordinator. The PTV partners are:

Byron Knight, Currently serves as Interim Director of Broadcasting and Media Innovations, formally General Manager of Wisconsin Public Television. Dennis L. Haarsager, Associate Vice President and General Manager, Educational Telecommunications and Technology, Washington State University; and Theodore Krichels, General Manager, WPSX-TV, Assistant Vice President for Outreach and General Manager, Penn State Public Broadcasting.

They are supported by the directors of their university distance education organizations: Mike Offerman formerly of the University of Wisconsin's Learning Innovations Center, Gary Miller of Penn State University's World Campus, and Muriel Oaks, Associate Vice President for Extended University Services at Washington State University.
