1 Question: What was background?
1.1 Idea: Looking to be ready for internet delivery, interactive delivery
1.2 Idea: LI started as Flexible learning" unit, now over 80 persons

2 Question: What was original idea?
2.1 Idea: Off-load some video tasks

2.3 Idea: Facilitate sharing between new DIU and LI

3 Question: What have we learned so far?
3.1 Idea: Most projects NOT collaborative
Most projects so far have been corporate
3.2 Idea: Not been able to fully use Tina's skills
not used as producer

3.2.1.2 Idea: deadline pressures, less "learning on the job"

3.3 Idea: Not equal, but faciliator of "outsourced" tasks
3.4 Idea: Haven't found a 50/50 partnership project yet

3.4.2 Pro: still waiting for project that uses more of PTV

4.1 Idea: Unclear Definition of DIU
WPT's resources are not all available to LI
4.2 Idea: LI thought everyone knows a little of everything
4.3 Idea: hard to schedule WPT resources
more quickly than normal PTV processes; needing videographer in a hurry!

4.3.1 Pro: not enough pre-planning
4.3.2 Pro: expected too much from WPT

4.4 Idea: PTV not understanding what LI does
4.5 Idea: Staff resistance to "outsider"

5 Question: What are next steps to integrate new skills?
5.1 Idea: looking for good example project, mix of courseware and good video

5.1.2 Pro: Still need the "vision" for this new product
5.1.3 Con: this may not be possible in "contract shop" versus lab
pressure of delivering contracted work limits ability to research broad nature of creating new media tools, new media language
